The Japanese ambassador to Algeria, Kono Akira, visited the center for mentally maladjusted children in Chlef yesterday, Sunday, as part of an agreement signed in December 2020 between the said embassy and the Amel de Chlef association.

This agreement resulted in a donation of 44,356 euros (650 million centimes), granted by the Embassy of Japan for the equipment of the center in question within the framework of the Kusanone program proposed by the Japanese government and entitled "Aide in the form of donations to local micro-projects contributing to Human Security ”.
